Since moving to the Mudgee - Gulgong region in 1973, Bruce has been fortunate to work with a huge number of families in making what is often their most important family decision to market the family home or property and plan for the future.

In many cases he has worked with sellers and buyers in multiple transactions over the years forging customers for life and becoming the family estate agent.

 

Early family advice to Bruce to be supportive and active in the community where you do business has over the years seen him build long and fruitful relationships with many local organisations, Mudgee Rugby Union, Mudgee-Gulgong Tourism Board, Men’s Sheds, Mudgee Small Farm Field Days, Pioneer House and Gulgong Holtermann Museum.

 

The lifelong passion for auctioneering is evident in the many charity auctions that Bruce helps with across the region raising much needed funds and support.

 

Bruce and Doreen McGregor have enjoyed the local community raising two children and now experiencing the joy of grand children.

BRUCE MCGREGOR

Principal and Licensee in Charge, Bruce has been in the Real Estate and Stock and Station Agency business since 1968. Having over 40 years’ experience here in the local market is a real advantage, as this local knowledge when combined with negotiating skills and an enthusiasm to secure the best result for vendors and buyers has seen Bruce provide a much sought after real estate service.

Being licenced to sell homes, farms, commercial properties, businesses and accredited to conduct property auctions and auction clearing sales is a comprehensive range. This has given Bruce a foundation to build his service skills on and provide local vendors with the confidence to list and receive the quality services they desire when marketing their most valuable asset.

LOUISA MITCHELL

With 6 years of experience in property management and property sales, Louisa is a dedicated professional who is focused on achieving great results.

Friendly and approachable, Louisa has an established reputation for consistently maintaining happy clients. “Owning an investment property can be a daunting process and an overwhelming work load for owners of multiple properties. I enjoy taking the burden off property owners by being able to make the process as stress free as possible. Being a tenant can also come with its challenges, so I enjoy being a part of their journey in finding and maintaining a place they can call home.”

Outside of work Louisa enjoys spending time with her family. She is also community orientated and is willing to help where she can.

RACHEL MURPHY

As the newest member of our team, Rachel and her family have just relocated from Townsville to be closer to their family and raise their daughter in a tight knit community. Having started in the realty industry in Queensland with a national brand, Rachel is now looking forward to bringing this experience with her to a family run independent business.
